PMA Sales Support Plan
Did you know fear is one of the biggest obstacles of sales representatives and that most of the time they’re not even aware of this fear? Fear of failure or rejection definitely is not the only fears they’re unwittingly struggling with. The PMA Sales Support Plan trains and coaches sales reps to discern and eliminate their fears into success promoting freedom and inspiration, thus increasing their productivity considerably.
Resistance based on hidden fears will be dealt with very directly during the two-day PMA Sales Training as well as during individual one-on-one mentoring. This mentoring will consist of individual coaching conversations, regular phone contact, and personal guidance of the sales representative on a number of his or her sales meetings to analyse the hold-ups in his or her presentation and contact with the client.
It’s not the sales skills that we will be focusing on, but solely the tracing and elimination of existing emotional blockades and inhibitions that are unknown to the salesperson. At what point does the conversation stagnate, or where does he or she lose contact with the client? At which moment is there resistance to wrap up the conversation and move on to signing the contract or finishing the order?An affiliated and certified PMA Coach is specialized in registering even the smallest non-verbal signs that the clients as well as the sales rep are emitting. These signals will be discussed with the sales representative later on to permanently eliminate the underlying, hidden causes of their emotional barriers. Sales representatives without underlying inhibitions are more sales effective and have a greater satisfaction and fun in their job.
